You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Women’s Platform on Thursday 28 November 2024, at 6.00pm.

The AGM will be followed by an open webinar on the new Ending Violence against Women and Girls strategy and the EU Directive on Violence against Women. An invite will be shared separately.
Election of Committee members
A full new Committee with up to 14 members will be elected at this AGM. Any woman aged over 16 can be a member of the Committee, but must be nominated by a full member of Women’s Platform. Full members are organisations working solely or primarily with women, or with significant programmes focused on women only.
Nominations must be signed by an authorised person within the nominating full member organisation, and accompanied by a consent form signed by the candidate. Nominations should be emailed to info@womensplatform.org and close at 5pm on Thursday 21 November 2024.

Proxy attendance
Please note that full members are entitled to nominate a proxy to attend the meeting on their behalf, under section 324 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 21 of the Women’s Platform Articles of Association.
