Report from CSW now available
We were delighted to have the opportunity to attend the UN Commission on the Status of Women conference in New York in March, with a small delegation involving Women’s Platform and Women’s Aid Federation Northern Ireland attending in person, and Women’s Support Network supporting attendance at remote events.
This report shares reflections from CSW69 from all delegates, and summarises learning from events attended. The focus of participation was to highlight the voices of women in Northern Ireland at the international level, and to gather evidence, examples of good practice and contacts relevant to the key issues for women in Northern Ireland, and the priority areas for the women’s sector in Northern Ireland.
