A Northern Ireland that works for women

Join us to explore what a Northern Ireland that works for women would look like!

Join us to explore what a Northern Ireland that works for women would, could and should look like!

We will hear from women involved with grassroots community work, women’s rights and human rights across Northern Ireland, who will share their views and priorities as a place for starting discussion. Women, and women’s needs, are often left out of policy and decision making in Northern Ireland, and this session will focus on what needs to change to genuinely make gender equality in Northern Ireland a possibility.

Speakers:

Ivanka Antova

Martina Byrne

Anne Carr

Amie Gallagher

This webinar is part of a joint event with Fawcett Society, Engender in Scotland and WEN Wales, designed to create an opportunity for women across the four nations to hear from and engage with each other.
